Oraseya Capital & NQubator Partner to Prepare UAE Startups for Funding
The partnership will connect startups completing NQubator’s incubation programmes with Oraseya Capital for potential investment.
Oraseya Capital and NQubator have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to identify, develop and prepare early-stage UAE technology startups for potential investment.
Under the agreement, NQubator will refer selected startups from its programmes and wider ecosystem to Oraseya Capital once they have completed structured incubation and validation intended to strengthen their commercial readiness and scalability. Oraseya Capital will then assess those companies under its investment strategy and due diligence framework.
Oraseya Capital is the investment arm of Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority, while NQubator focuses on early-stage technology venture creation. The partnership is designed to tighten the link between startup incubation and venture capital funding.
Oraseya Capital will also participate in NQubator’s ecosystem through mentorship, advisory support, demo days and evaluation panels, giving founders additional exposure to institutional investment requirements before entering fundraising discussions.
The agreement also creates a framework for potential co-investments, allowing NQubator or affiliated investment partners to participate alongside Oraseya Capital in selected funding rounds.
The partnership supports the wider Dubai Economic Agenda D33, which includes efforts to strengthen the emirate’s digital economy and advanced technology sectors by developing a stronger pipeline of scalable, investment-ready companies.
