She Can 2020: MENA’s Leading Entrepreneurship Summit for Women Returns with a ‘Fresh Start’

Egypt and MENA's most dynamic gathering for female entrepreneurs is back and though it's in its fifth edition, this year's theme is 'Fresh Start'.

Following in the footsteps of last year’s 'Successful Failures' theme, which tackled the stigma behind the many failure stories that are part-and-parcel of the ecosystem,Entreprenelle’s She Can is back for its fifth edition 5th round to continue motivating women from Egypt and beyond towards more self-asserting kickstarts. on March 7th at The Greek Campus in Downtown Cairo.

This year’s theme for the MENA’s leading entrepreneurship summit for women is titled 'Fresh Start' and intends to open discussions on the hurdles faced by women-led startups, as well as addressing the need for a much-needed healthier thought process behind starting - or starting over.

The guest of honour featured in their 2020 edition is Ahmed Abou Hashima, founder of Egyptian Steel, Egyptian Cement and Egyptian Media, while Egypt's Minister of Planning and Economic Development, Dr. Hala El-Said, will also speak at the event. Other highlight names taking to the stage include Angie Al-Qassim, one of the writers for the successful 'Layali Eugenie' and 'Grand Hotel' series, skydiving ballerina, Nada Attia, and health coach, Farah Nofal.

The event also features an array of workshops, masterclasses and pitching competitions with opportunities for funding, providing much-needed opportunities for young, female entrepenurs.

Last year’s She Can boasted over 5,000 attendees, and the event continues to show an increase in significance, impact, and participation.
