Saudi F&B Startup Lugmety Expands Its Service Across the MENA Region
Since its founding, the startup has raised $6 million from Saudi investors and at a $20 million post-money valuation.
Lugmety, a Saudi-based F&B startup, is expanding its services in the Middle East to provide users with an efficient and seamless food shopping experience on its platform.
Founded by best friends Faisal Sadagah and Khalid El Moselhy in 2017, Lugmety grew from a simple local delivery application to a full solutions F&B startup providing grocery, on-the-go pickup, restaurant reservation and personal care shopping services. Today, it is one of the most popular F&B apps in the country.
“We have come a long way from when we first launched six years ago,” says Faisal Sadagah, Co-Founder and CEO at Lugmety. “But no matter how fast we grow and the different types of services we provide, we always aim to deliver excellence with each online order and delivery. We’re excited about expanding across the region, and hope that as appetite for our platform increases, we will be able to reach more people in Saudi Arabia and the Middle East.”
Since its founding, the startup has raised $6 million from Saudi investors and at a $20 million post-money valuation.
Lugmety will use the new funding to further expand in the Kingdom and across the MENA region, as well as its scale services and hire new talent.
