Looking to revolutionise B2C marketing around the globe, Impactyn allows social media users to turn their organic social media content into online marketing.
Impactyn, an Egypt-based social media application, has raised $1 million in a pre-seed round, which was co-led by the founders and SANABIL 500 MENA Seed Accelerator Fund. Looking to revolutionise B2C marketing around the globe, Impactyn allows social media users to turn their organic social media content into online marketing through digital word of mouth that can be rewarded in cash or other benefits.
Co-founded in 2022 by a team of experienced marketers and tech experts, Impactyn seeks to - in their words - "level the playing field in the social media marketing industry" for consumers and brands alike, empowering consumers to exercise their positive word of mouth while allowing brands a new avenue of strategic thinking for their marketing. With $16 billion spent on influencer marketing around the globe, Impactyn enables brands to more readily take advantage of this increasingly powerful form of community outreach.
During their pilot phase, which officially launched with Impactyn on June 1st, the app has organically acquired over 8,000 signed users in the space of a month - a showcase of the growing appetite for the services offered by Impactyn.
Impactyn is currently targeting their seed round by Q3 2022, in which funds acquired will be used for global expansion and product development.
