UAE’s Translation Startup Tarjama Launches Upgraded Online Localisation Platform

The whole process is seamless, allowing customers to request translation and language projects and upload files directly to the platform within minutes. The startup’s freshly renewed platform also provides clients with an online dashboard where they can fully monitor the progress of their requests in one place.

The platform also offers its users a more optimised and user-friendly experience. Upon placing any request, users can specify their preferred delivery time, depending on whether they have a ‘rushed’, ‘accelerated’ or ‘flexible’ schedule. Users are also guaranteed a personalised experience thanks to the newly introduced ‘chatbot’ service, which gives users the option to chat with an interactive bot or schedule a meeting with one of Tarjama’s account managers if needed.

Amongst the platform’s newest features focusing on AI and machine-learning, Tarjama.com now features a new service-line on the website called “AI Services”, dedicated to providing customers with a number of data creation tools and solutions for their businesses. Additionally, Tarjama will also launch a content-rich “Blog” section, to which clients can subscribe and receive the latest updates and stories on industry-related topics such as Translation, Language Technology, Content Creation along with other relevant topics to their niche.
