UAE’s JustMop Officially Expands to the Saudi Arabian Market
Even before its official launch, Jeddah was already JustMop’s second biggest city after Dubai in terms of sales – accounting for 15% of all orders.

Dubai-based digital home cleaning app JustMop.com just announced that it has expanded into the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Starting its operations in Jeddah before expanding to Riyadh later this month, the tech startup is leveraging the tremendous success it has experienced in its existing markets to date.
“With the part-time home cleaning sector estimated at a sizable $1.2 billion, Saudi Arabia was always a target market for us from the offset,” says Ali Cagatay Ozcan, CEO and co-founder of JustMop. “Our objective in the Kingdom is to disrupt the home cleaning sector, by digitising the industry completely in order to provide a more liquid and transparent end to end customer experience.”
JustMop also operates in the UAE, Bahrain and Kuwait. This latest expansion comes at the back of raising its new round with participation from Istanbul-based Collective Spark and Kuwait-based Faith Capital Holding along with all existing investors.
Before launching operations in KSA, JustMop spent six months researching to fully understand the dynamics between the customers and the cleaning companies in the kingdom. Even before its official launch, Jeddah was already JustMop’s second biggest city after Dubai in terms of sales – accounting for 15% of all orders.
To support their expansion, the JustMop team launched a training centre led by a five-star hospitality expert, where all cleaners undertake a stringent training programme for a full week to ensure that the JustMop standards are met every time.
