Egypt's ITI Partners with Google to Launch Machine Learning Programme
The programme aims to prepare the next generation of Egyptian software engineers and developers with the skills necessary to tackle real-life problems using machine learning.
Egypt's Information Technology Institute (ITI) has partnered with Google to launch the Machine Learning Developer, which looks to qualify 30,000 software engineers, university students and computer science graduates on Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning tools and processes.
With a myriad of APIs, Google Cloud Platform has tools for every machine learning job for a range of skill levels. The Machine Learning Developer Track programme is made up of three levels - beginner, intermediate, advanced - that will train individuals in AI and ML tools like Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision and Predictive Analytics. The programme endeavors to equip the next generation of Egyptian software engineers and developers with the skills necessary to tackle real-life problems using machine learning.
Over the course of 12 to 18 months, trainees will have access to an all-encompassing track of courses and hands-on tests powered by online training platform Qwiklabs, along with training led by guru experts at Google and other key partners.
