Deadline: January 7
AUC Venture Lab announces the admission for their Fin-tech Accelerator programme, Egypt's first Fintech-specialised accelerator programme, and the oldest in town. The programme has already graduated 32 fin-tech startups over seven cycles, as part of their mission to transform their industry and expand access to financial services.
The programme is supported by CIB, the commercial Egyptian bank that’s at the forefront of financial innovation in the country, the International Finance Corporation, a world-bank organisation, and a rich network of partners including a telecom and an angel investment network, AUC Angels. Bridging the gap between corporate and government, the programme helps entrepreneurs understand the ins and outs of working within the regulations of the Central Bank of Egypt and speed up their on-boarding with banks through accessing the Temenos SANDBOX operating system.
By joining, entrepreneurs receive intensive business training on evidence-based entrepreneurship, get regular one-on-one coaching, participate in leading networking events & tap into exclusive networking opportunities, receive mentorship from banking and fin-tech experts, work from AUC campus and tap into AUC's network and pitch at a Demo Day with over 400 attendees from investors, VCs, banks and more. Through their programme, AUC Venture Lab offers entrepreneurs intensive business training, one-on-one coaching, industry mentorship and through its newest partnership with Modus Capital, the chance to tap into exclusive investment opportunities for 0% equity.
