Endeavor Egypt Adds Cequens and Instabug Founders to Its Network of High-Potential Entrepreneurs

The startups were inaugurated to the network after approval from the organisation’s 91st international selection panel.

Endeavor Egypt welcomes Karim Khorshed, CEO of Cequens and Moataz Soliman and Omar Gabr, co-founders of Instabug, to its network of high-impact entrepreneurs. Karim, Omar and Moataz were among 24 entrepreneurs representing 16 companies from 12 markets selected at Endeavor’s 91st international selection panel event that took place in Istanbul, Turkey, from October 21 to 23, 2019.

Cequens is a cloud-based communication solution provider in the MENA region that leverages artificial intelligence (AI) technology to empower enterprises with the communication solutions they need for digital transformation. Instabug is a platform that connects mobile developers to their users, collaborate efficiently with their teams and build better quality apps by providing bug and crash reporting, user surveys and more.

The 91st selection panel witnessed the gathering of top business leaders and investors from Endeavor’s massive network of members, mentors and supporters from all around the world, to interview and evaluate entrepreneurial candidates and test their market capabilities and growth potential. Following the interviews, panelists carefully deliberate which candidates are to be selected in the next class of Endeavour Entrepreneurs.

“Over the years, even as Endeavor has evolved, our selection process has remained the same. The ISP is really where you can see the power of Endeavor’s global network in action, and the candid conversations and caliber of the entrepreneurs this week in Istanbul is a testament to that,” says Linda Rottenberg. Endeavor Egypt entrepreneurs have generated $244 million in revenues last year, and created over 1,700 jobs so far.

The selection panel will host another event in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia in the February of 2020.
