Kuwait’s Online Marketplace Cofe App Scores Series A Investment, Gets Valued at $25 Million

Cofe App, a Kuwait-based online marketplace for coffee enthusiasts has raised a seven-figure Series A funding. The exact amount of the investment and participating entities were not specifically disclosed but the company is known to have reached a valuation of $25 million. Being backed by a variety of international and regional strategic investors, the startup will use the funds gained from this investment to support its mission to expand all over the globe and offer its services worldwide.
Founded by Ali Al-Ebrahim, Cofe provides a mobile application that brings coffee shops of all sorts, including international franchises as well as artisanal shops onto one intelligent platform. The application also enables featured shops to expand their business offerings and services by taking their products online and provide comfort and efficiency to its users.
