Kuwaiti Marketing Platform OptimizeApp Acquires Panda Media
The acquisition comes as part of OptimizApp’s ambitious growth plans, as it looks to dominate the GCC’s digital advertising and marketing spaces.
Kuwait-based OptimizeApp, which centralises digital ad tools on one platform, has fully acquired Panda Media, a Kuwaiti online education specialist that targets entrepreneurs to offer SMEs exclusive digital marketing courses in a bid to enable businesses to grow faster with more industry knowledge. The material will be available on numerous platforms including its native ‘OptimizeApp’.
The agreement stipulates that Panda Media will now operate under the OptimizeApp name and its existing team and services will carry over. The founder of Panda Media, Eid Almujaibel, will serve as OptimizeApp’s new co-founder and CMO, an addition that CEO and Founder of OptimizeApp, Bader Alkazemi, sees as being a key crux of the deal.

For Almujaibel, the acquisition feeds into his own visions of Panda Media’s growth.
