This Egyptian Gaming Consultancy Startup Is Heading To Barcelona To Give A Workshop At Luxatia
Egypt-born Gampact's co-founders Ahmed Hossam and Sara El-Kady are giving a workshop about the impact of gamification in corporate learning and development.
Egypt's Gampact, a gaming consultancy startup flew to Barcelona on May 23rd to attend Luxatia International's 3rd Corporate Learning and Development Summit taking place between May 24th and 25th. The summit aims to develop the next generation of leaders and change makers, in hopes that they would drive impactful change in various areas.
The main topics to be tackled during the summit include making your organizational learning and development more exciting and engaging through gamification. Ahmed Hossam, Gampact’s CEO and Founder, along with his co-founder and COO Sara El-Kady will deliver a workshop about the Impact of Gamification in Corporate Learning and Development. Both co-founders are set to lead the learning and development through gamification area, where they will deliver a case-study session on May 25th, titled "Behavioural Design And Habit Creation to empower engagement in learning And workplace using Gamification."
In the session, the co-founders are going to be talking about one of the biggest business buzzword nowadays: "Gamification." "We will be talking about how to use gamification along with positive psychology and behavioural economics in order drive employee engagement in corporate and educational fields, either digitally or non-digitally, and we will showcase some of our projects," Hossam tells Startup Scene ME. These projects will include products such as blended gamified Employee Engagement for Hewlett Packard (HP) and Oracle Middle East.
