The Doodle Factory is teaming up with the Maadi-based 18.213, an experiential brand storytelling service and Pop-Up platform, to throw an event titled "Do It From The Heart" where storytelling and purpose come together for the sake of underprivileged children. Taking place on Saturday May 5th between 11 AM and 8 PM, the event will launch the new SS’ 18 Collection 'A Tickers Beat', which is about enabling children to have healthy and happy hearts. These summer products are inspired by the drawings of 10-year-old Aliaa and 12-year-old Mohamed, who need to undergo open-heart surgeries, but do not have the access to resources. The proceeds of the sales will fund both operations.

The Doodle Factory is an Egyptian brand that was featured in Startup Scene ME's 25 Under 25. The brand collaborates with different stakeholders and organizations to inclusively empower vulnerable children. Treated as freelance graphic designers, the children contribute their own drawings and the brand designs everyday lifestyle products for consumers to be able to constantly fund the medical, educational, and survival needs of the children. The brand’s core purpose is to provide designs that allow children’s creativity and playfulness to pay for a better life, while 18.213 inspires entrepreneurs to look at their businesses through a story lens. Both companies believe in the power of sharing that story through an innovative pop-up event that connects the customer to an emotional and more impactful experience.
