As the first company in the region to provide full-stack solutions for publishers and digital advertisers, the Dubai-based FoxPush has entered into a strategic partnership with Lebanon-based holding company, JGroup, that will see the latter invest $15 million into the former's programmatic performance technology - the first its kind in MENA.

Founded in 2017 by Mohammed Al Malki (pictured right), FoxPush is set to be the only supplier in MENA of programmatic performance technology, a cost-efficient solution in its delivery of qualified leads that aim to increase performance of websites and maximise efficiency of digital campaigns

The tech will use advanced user behaviour data and will establish the region’s first AI-driven call center, as well as powerful video player and platform. FoxPush currently operates a data management platform which is used by over 50,000 websites worldwide and acts as a source of curated Arabic data.

"[FoxPush] has taken a giant leap within the advertising sector with its new, one-of-a-kind Programmatic Lead Generation technology that is bound to change the status quo of the whole industry,” Imad Jomaa, founder and president of JGroup (pictured left), said of the new partnership. “JGroup is proud to be associated with such an innovative endeavor and will raise the necessary capital and go the extra mile to ensure this particular technology penetrates the global market and ultimately is the first company based in Dubai to be a global IPO."

The partnership expands the portfolio of JGroup, which already has a variety of subsidiaries from various sectors in MENA, Europe, Asia, and the US.
